Dear Novelis Neighbor Site Champions and Volunteers,

In the fourth year of the One Novelis Volunteer Month, it is evident that giving back to our communities is a passion of Novelis employees and has become a new, impactful tradition at the company. This tradition has been born thanks to every one of you who identify community needs, plan projects and support those projects with your time and talent.

It is my honor to lead a company where we are working together to build strong ties with our fellow colleagues, customers and communities. By volunteering and working in teams to improve the areas where we live, work and play, you each play a role in making this happen.

Congratulations and thank you for contributing to an outstanding fourth year as part of our One Novelis Volunteer Month. Sincerely,

Steve FisherPresident and CEONovelis Inc.
