Use a tracking tool to know how are application process of your EP. In the case it’s being hard to get selected, practice with him
again and give feedbacks
EP Meetings
EP Manager organize meetings individual or in group with EPs. Create a trustful and close relationship with EP, this way you will have a
better tracking. Give space to EPs share their application experience. Refresh EP motivation (don’t let him be frustrated for not being
approved yet!). You can also ask to EPs matched share their “match story”.
