Obtain a Certificate of Incorporation for the proposed
company.
Local Companies Register – registration fee of SAT250.00
Overseas Companies Register – registration fee of

Obtain a Foreign Investment Certificate (FIC) before applying for a Business
License and Foreign Employee Employment Permit (Resitala muamua mo le

Applications are assessed against the Reserved and Restricted Lists under the
