Positive social connection is one of the many social conditions that affect the health of life:
• Decreased Cortisol Levels• Lower Blood Pressure• Increased Resilience
• Decreased Likelihood of Chronic Disease
Think Pair Share On the card in front of you, take two minutes to
write or draw down a story where the power of social connection helped you overcome a challenge in your own life!
Turn to your neighbor/ table and share your stories.
