• Design and develop training programs that are based on members’ needs.
• Create learning opportunities to members to gain their needed skills set in
providing an effective and efficient solution to the community challenges.
• Nurture development of each member and sustain their engagement.
• Encourage each member to attend and complete the JCI Courses (Achieve,
Impact, Admin) and other recommended courses.
• Encourage members to share their skills and acquired knowledge to the
community

• Assist the chapters in providing learning opportunities to members through
variety of training activities and initiatives.
• Guide the chapter in formulating targeted sustainable solutions through training
and understanding of the JCI Active Citizen Framework
• Activate the Local Training Directors and implement the LTD Program (Learn.
Train. Develop)
• Organize a training for JCI official courses and other recommended courses.
Assist the chapter in conducting the training evaluation.
• Track and monitor chapter and members’ training progress
• Activate at least one trainer per chapter

• Build and activate JCI Trainers by providing learning opportunities, training
resources, and necessary skills set to train members and other individuals in
creating sustainable development to the community.
• Conduct Trainer Mentorship and evaluation from JCI seasoned trainers
• Have a pool of trainers for Metro Area that can easily tap for a training
• Encourage Trainers to have an area of focus (Courses)
• Assist the trainer in creating their Training Road Map and Goals
• Conduct a Trainers’ Boot camp and other developmental activities

• Take action to create positive change by conducting community empowerment
and development training programs.
• Activate members and trainers to create a long-term impact on themselves and
the community trough continuous sharing of learning and experiences.
• Encourage members and chapter to implement projects following the JCI Active

TRAINING UPDATES
• Higher points for every successful recruit during OTI
• Trainer’s exchange as twinning project
• TRAINER’S DIRECTORY AND TRAINER’S KIT - Submit profile on or
before January 31, 2017 and get trainer’s kit and shirt
• Co-Hosting of Trainings will be equal distribution of points per chapter. Have
at least 5 members (from chapter) attend the training to be a co-host.
• Organize JCI Official Courses and other recommended courses, and
encourage members to attend the training
• Points for chapter management courses on or before February 2017
• Participate in National Training Programs
