5 Quick eating tips for weight loss

1. Remove all Carbohydrates and Sugar
• First REMOVE ALL white sugar and refined carbohydrates from your diet. This is the most important step.
• Remove all pasta, bread and cereal and by that I mean all flour products, absolutely all grains, including rice from your diet.
• Look out for hidden sugars in foods and especially soft drinks.
2. Eat Real Food
• Eat Fresh Vegetables and Fruit but be careful with too much fruit as they are high in sugars (no fruit juice). Organic when possible.
• Lean meat, seafood, fowl and eggs. Free range and grass fed when possible.
• Avoid processed foods laden with chemical additives and other food preservatives that upsets body chemistry. (Rule of thumb if contain more than one ingredient don’t eat)
3. Increase your intake of green vegetables.
• Eat as many green vegetables as possible, these are high in minerals as well as chlorophyll.
• I find an easy way of getting a lot of green goodness are in the forms of green smoothies/green drinks.
• It’s good to get all the colors of the rainbow in as far as vegetables go but the bulk should be green.
4. Eat foods as close to their raw state as possible
• Foods eaten closest to their raw state have the best digestive enzyme ability.
• Cooking destroys a lot of the nutrients in the food.
• Save time having more raw vegetables and fruit.
• Good way is making smoothies and salads
5. Allow yourself to go hungry every day for at least a little while.
• Have two or three meals a day, this allows your body to burn of excess fat.
• Do not eat until you are truly starving.• Occasionally, go empty-bellied for the whole
