What are the good effect of alcohol?

• In the case of moderate use, alcohol has positive effects. You can get livelier, easier and relaxed. You can talk more easily and feel less tired.

• According to some researchers, moderate alcohol use protects against cardiovascular diseases. This means a maximum of 2-3 glasses of wine or beer a day for men, and 1 to 2 glasses a day for women.

• Socially, some people claim that it also has positive effects. It provides a lot of employment in the production, catering and retail of products and services in which alcohol plays a part. Also, people claim that alcoholic beverages helps people socialize.

Brief History of alcoholic drinks

• While no one knows when beverage alcohol was first used, it was presumably the result of a fortuitous accident that occurred at least tens of thousands of years ago. However, the discovery of late Stone Age beer jugs has established the fact that intentionally fermented beverages existed at least as early as the Neolithic period (cir. 10,000 B.C.) (Patrick, 1952, pp. 12-13), and it has been suggested that beer may have preceded bread as a staple (Braidwood et al, 1953; Katz and Voigt, 1987); wine clearly appeared as a finished product in Egyptian pictographs around 4,000 B.C. (Lucia, 1963a, p. 216).

• Alcohol is a product that has provided a variety of functions for people throughout all history. From the earliest times to the present, alcohol has played an important role in religion and worship. Historically, alcoholic beverages have served as sources of needed nutrients and have been widely used for their medicinal, antiseptic, and analgesic properties.

• The role of beverages is they play an important role in enhancing the enjoyment and quality of life. They can be a social lubricant, can facilitate relaxation, can provide pharmacological pleasure, and can increase the pleasure of eating. Thus, while alcohol has always been misused by a minority of drinkers, it has proved to be beneficial to most

• The society is focusing on the bad side of the alcoholic beverages.

• They must expose or explore the good side of it. And the purpose of it.

• The people who abused drinking.

Bad effects on our body • people become sleepy, they lose coordination and start losing

their body balance. It is also characterized by blurred vision.• it may cause confusion in a person. It is characterized by

aggravated emotional state where people try to be sentimental or overly aggressive. They are not certain of what they are doing. Dizziness continues. Nausea is also a common symptom of this phase.

• the condition is known as stupor. In this stage, body movements are severely affected and patients lose and regain consciousness intermittently. They have a high risk of coma or even death.

• the condition is known as coma. It is characterized by unconsciousness when body reflexes are low, breathing rate declines resulting in dropping of heartbeat rate.

• it results in failure of CNS (Central Nervous System) ultimately resulting in death.

Action

• Alcoholic drinks can be fun but it has a lot of content that can cause illness but some of this drinks can cure illnesses. Always drink moderately cause this drink can improvise from danger. But if we have discipline from the limitations of drinking alcoholic drinks. That is the proper consuming it and the good effect of it form fighting problems and have a relaxation.

• Drinking alcoholic drinks may be fun but it also have a lot of content that can cause and cure illnesses. Drinking moderately is good because if not, it may cause danger. If we have discipline, it will not do us any harm. Through proper usage, it helps us give relaxation.

• The society must explain the good effects of alcoholic drinks to changed the mindset of an individual. And to drink for relaxation and to lessen stress. set aside the bad effects and be positive with it. And just be responsible drinker. To enable avoid the bad issues about alcohol.
