• Emptying of the urinary bladder is controlled by the detrusor and trigone muscles.

• sacral parasympathetic nerves from S2 to S4.

• urogenital diaphragm

which derives its nerve supply from the L2 spinal nerve.

Blood Health

One microliter of blood contains:4.7 to 6.1 million (male), RBC

Blood pH is regulated to stay within the narrow range of 7.35 to 7.45,

• cells of blood are made in the bone marrow• RBC have a plasma life of about 120 days• Spleen

Erythropoiesis •red blood cells (erythrocytes) are produced.•It is stimulated by decreased O2 in circulation, which is detected by the kidneys•which then secrete the hormone erythropoietin•stimulates proliferation RBC

Decrease Cartilage Production Inhibits Proteoglycan

production (the building blocks of Cartilage)

Causes accelerated bone destruction

American Journal of Medicine , 1999 , Dec.

• flows between the cells but is not found within the cells• fluid delivers nutrients, oxygen, and hormones to the cells• 90 percent of this tissue fluid flows into the venules • 10 percent of the fluid that is left behind is lymph.

Lymph Health

• In a section of the node, lymphocytes, • specialized white blood cells, kill pathogens

There are between 600-700 lymph nodes present in the average human body. these nodes can increase or decrease in size throughout life, any nodes that has been damaged or destroyed, does not regenerate.

lymphatic vessels, lymphangions have one-way valves to prevent any backward flow. Smooth muscles in the walls of the lymphatic vessels cause the angions to contract to aid the flow of lymph

most kidney drugs target the nephrons. Diuretics nephrons is that they are very, very tiny – and therefore

easily plugged.

When plugged, they become inflamed and infected and die.

muscle spasm (tetany), irregular heartbeat (arrhythmias) convulsions (seizures) risk of cognitive decline decreased DNA production, type 2 diabetes) increased risk of fractures of the hip, wrist,

and spine with high doses or long-term use

the blood output of the heart is artificially reduced, causing less oxygen to reach the body’s cells and tissues.

The result will be normal blood pressure cuff readings

The body still needs all that blood it needed before taking the drugs,

The body is now being forced to go through life with less oxygen than it needs, and organs slowly start wearing out. Premature aging.

Patients took a daily dose of aspirin use for cardiovascular prophylaxis (325 mg/d).

The researchers note that "Conventional nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are associated with a spectrum of toxic effects," something which many patients are likely unaware of.

The most obvious and striking thing about these results is the tremendous rise in risk of aspirin users :GI complication risks up to 450%.

Additionally, GI blood loss, GI intolerance, liver toxicity, or kidney damage.

The authors note that "No difference was noted in the incidence of cardiovascular events … irrespective of aspirin use."

• a process of selective filtration • removes waste and potential toxins from the blood• retaining essential molecules, • balance key biochemicals and hormones in the blood.• composed of 95% water, 2.5% urea, 2.5% mixture of

minerals, salt, hormones and enzymes.

Average adult every 3 hours per day

1-0 times per night Coffee, alcohol, soda, drugs About 1-2 cups of urine Stretch reflex sends the

signal

Withholding urine Sensitizes stretch reflex if emptying too often sensitizes

sensors

Hypersensitivity from going too often = check flow volume 6-8 sec is normal solution is get nervous system checked, withhold urine

Overflow waiting too long (teachers,

truckers, kids) = get nervous system checked, increase frequency, count sec. of flow

Weak pelvic floor (Office worker/seniors)=

Check nerves strengthen muscles, stabilize ligaments

Drug Induced = find the cause eliminate the drugs

Caffeine Alcohol Sweating Water intake Drugs (High blood pressure, etc…)

(Water pill??) Breathing (high altitude) Temperature

1. Try to stop the flow of urine when you are sitting on the toilet

2. Imagine that you are trying to stop passing gas. Squeeze the muscles you would use. If you sense a “pulling” feeling,

3. Lie down and put your finger inside your vagina. Squeeze as if you were trying to stop urine from coming out. If you feel tightness on your finger, you are squeezing the correct pelvic muscle.

Don’t squeeze other muscles at the same time. Don’t hold your breath.

Repeat, but don’t overdo it.

Pull in the pelvic muscles and hold for a count of 3. Then relax for a count of 3. Work up to 10 to 15 repeats each time you exercise.

Grapefruit Seed Extract: antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, and antiparasitic properties o

* Olive Leaf Extract: This bioflavonoid, antioxidant, antimicrobial agent,

* Colloidal Silver: "One tablespoon of colloidal silver at a 40 ppm (parts per million) concentration at the first signs of any infection and 1-2 teaspoons three to four times daily until the infection is gone. Then stop

Daily aspirin use linked to pancreatic cancer Although the medical and drug industries have been silent about the damaging side effects of the drug,

including severe GI bleeding and ulcers. Now there’s another side effect for them to ignore: a significantly increased risk of pancreatic cancer among women.
