The Warm UpMaking sure your body is warmed up before you start toning is super important
• For 3 minutes go on a brisk walk, you should be pushing hard but still able to carry on a conversation
• For 1 minute give it all you’ve got and sprint it out
• For 1 minute slow down to a steady jog• Repeat 3 times
Standing Back Lunge
• Start with your feet shoulder with apart (figure A), lift your left leg straight back balancing on your right. Lower leg behind you and go into a lunge (figure B). Return to start. Repeat on the opposite side for 1 rep. Do 3 sets of 12 reps

High Knee Cardio Burst
Jog in place focusing on brining your knee at least hip height (Figure E). Do 3-30 second sets

Squat with Side Lift
• Start in squat position (figure C), bring squat to standing while you raise right leg out to the side (figure D). Return to start. Repeat on the opposite side for 1 rep. Do 3 sets of 12 reps
