HISTORIA CLINICADATOS PERSONALES: Masculino de 45 aos de edad.A.PATOLOGICOS: Asma, Bronquitis aguda, Rinitis y eczema alrgico. TTO: Ebastine y Terbasmin a demanda

E.ACTUAL: Dolor abdominal, dispepsia, pirosisDiarrea intermitente(Alta 2 semanas previas por el servicio de CRG, con el diagnstico de ileitis a estudio tras laparoscopia exploradora).

E.FISICO: Dolor leve, a la palpacin en epigastrio. Edema en MIIANALITICA: Leucocitosis---- Eosinofilos >10%. PCR:

HALLAZGOSEngrosamiento difuso y realce de las asas de intestino delgado desde su primera porcin duodenal, hasta el leon terminal.Discreto engrosamiento del antro pilrico.Engrosamiento parietal del esfago.Importante Ascitis.

In patients with mucosal disease, upper endoscopy with biopsy of the stomach and small intestine is diagnostic in at least 80 percent of patients . However, it is important to note that mucosal biopsies are normal in patients with muscular or subserosal disease.

As negative endoscopic mucosal biopsies do not definitively rule out muscular or subserosal EG, laparoscopic full thickness biopsy is necessary to establish the diagnosis.

GASTROENTERITIS EOSINOFILICA

Orientacin clnica y alteracin analtica.Los hallazgos radiolgicos pueden ser inespecficos, compartiendo similitud con otras patologas.Imagen: til para ubicar segmentos afectados.Biopsia negativas no excluyen la patologa.Seguimiento del paciente con tratamiento con esteroides y dieta libre de alrgenos.CONCLUSIONES
