Ramon is a very creative teacher in the classroom. His students liked him very much in HKIEd and were motivated to learn because of his creative way of teaching which made learning more interesting! He always encouraged his students in every way, and was very patient in guiding them. When we worked together at HKIEd, he was also an event coordinator who was responsible for holding various events to support students to learn languages! He was good at organizing everything and communicating with his colleagues! He took the role of a leader in organizing these events, and I was impressed by his commitment to his duties!
