What is the CII??

A measure of personal contact with a trained (quality) provider(s) of health information within the last month.

Proposal:Measure the CII in a modified KPC module on Health Contacts.

Why measure CII?

Hypothesis:After a certain minimum threshold level of message quality if reached, the QUANTITY rather than the QUALITY of contact/messaging is most important

• PVO CS projects tend to do this well• This determinant of behavior change is not

currently well documented• We can do this easily!
