Présentation clinique

• Patient asymptomatique ou non– Dyspnée (diminution de la tolérance à l’effort)– Angor (douleur thoracique) et 1/3 coronariens– Syncope (diziness)

• Risque de mort subite– 0 à 5% asymptomatique– 8 à 34% symptomatique

• Plus rarement– Arythmies– Endocardite– Hémorragies (Von Willebrand)– Pas plus d’AVC…– Maladie coronaire

Examen clinique

• Augmentation lente du pouls carotidien– Un pouls lent et tardif/thrill

• Souffle systolique d’intensité progressive, irradiant dans les vaisseaux du cou

• Diminution/abolition du B2
