Bilateral Osteoarthritis
• 55 years old male patient
• Pain in both knee since 8 to 9 years.
• C/o pain at rest & severe pain while walking since 3 to 4 months.
• Inability to squat or sit cross-legged.
Clinical Examination
Genu-varus of about 20-degree on both knee.
Flexion deformity of about 15-degree on right knee & 5-degree on left knee.
ROM : 15-degree to 110-degree on right & 5-degree to 115-degree on left knee.
No ligament laxity.
No other medical problem.
