This maintenance-free machine provides 20 levels of fluid-based resistance with a versatile and easy-to-use Integrated Performance Monitor (IPM) that provides all the usual statistics

 It has a built-in heart rate montior and six levels of conditioning and the contoured ergonomic seat glides along precision bearing rollers. The VR100 Rowing Machine is compact and lightweight and folds for easy storage.
