Deep and surface wrinkles and volume loss in the face can be reduced by

muscle relaxing injections and a wide variety of fillers



But when the tissues begin to sag, especially in the jowl, neck and

cheek bone area



Surgical lifting of the tissues with or without volume adding (eg fat grafting) to the face

becomes necessary



While thread-lifting of tissues is available, this has limited ability

muscle and for excess fat



The M.I.F.A.C.E. PLUS, is the operation to choose



In this procedure, incisions are not only made around the ears, but under

the chin to tighten muscles



And remove fat (aided by fine liposuction)



If a greater degree of lifting is required around the cheeks (malar) area



And outside of the eyes to the outside of the brow, an EXTENDED M.I.F.A.C.E.
