12:30 - 1:30 p.m.: Go Red Workout with Chris Freytag Vogel Fieldhouse, 122 S. Garden Street. All fitness levels welcome - wear workout attire.
5:30 - 7:30 p.m.: Go Red for Women Night Out at Turner Hall, 102 S. State Street.Dinner and program: “Eat Healthy, Move More, Work Better” with Chris Freytag. Enjoy a heart-healthy meal; shop at the “Red Boutique,” be inspired and gain ideas for adopt-ing healthier habits at home and work. Wear red!
