สอสงคมออนไลน (Social Network) หมายถง สอหรอชองทางในการตดตอในลกษณะของการสอสารแบบสองทางผานระบบเครอ ขายอนเทอรเนต เปนสอรปแบบใหม (new media) ทบคคลทวไปสามารถน าเสนอและเผยแพรขอมลขาวสารไดดวยตนเองออกส สาธารณะโดยใชอปกรณคอมพวเตอรและอปกรณสอสารประเภทตางๆ

• ขอความหรอความเหนทเผยแพรบน Social Network เปนขอความทสามารถเขาถงไดโดยสาธารณะ ผเผยแพรตองรบผดชอบ ทงทางดานสงคม และดานกฎหมาย นอกจากน ยงอาจมผลกระทบตอชอเสยง การท างานและอนาคตของวชาชพของตนได • พระราชบญญตวาดวยการกระท าผดเกยวกบคอมพวเตอร พ.ศ.๒๕๕๐ และ ขอบงคบวาดวยจรรยาบรรณของบคลากรและนกศกษามหาวทยาลย และขอบงคบ ระเบยบทเกยวของกบนกศกษา

สอสงคมออนไลน (Social Network)
• การใช Social Network แบงแยกระหวางเรองสวนตว และเรองหนาทการงาน เปนสงทท าไดยาก หากประสงคจะใช Social Network เพอเผยแพรขอมลเกยวกบเรองหนาทการงานหรอขอมลเกยวกบหนวยงาน ควรแยกบญชผใช (Account) ระหวางการใชเพอเรองสวนตว และเรองหนาทการงานออกจากกน
