Session Description:Mobile devices today can be used for more than just communication. Many people use mobile applications (or apps) to support a healthy lifestyle. The presenters will demonstrate numerous apps for weight-loss, exercise and other various medical topics. Don’t have a mobile device equipped with the Internet? You can also use your tablet or computer. All you will need is the Internet. The apps we will demonstrate are free or low cost.
