Games in the park

With all the exercise and volleyball practice, your body is tired and needs its’ sleep
Do her a favor and aim for at least 8 hours every night

Aside from becoming a better athlete, getting proper nutrition, exercise, and sleep early on will allow you to live a long healthy life.
Eating junk food all day on the couch leads to life threatening diseases such as diabetes, heart attack, and stroke
