How patients can register their PIN NUMBERS and view their records
You should have your PIN NUMBERS.
If not then ask the receptionist or any staff
member to give you them
Go to www.htmc.co.uk/GetAccessNow Click here
Click here
Fill in your PIN NUMBERS Click Next
Write your name and Date of Birth. Choose a password which is at least 8 characters long and has at least one digit
Add your Contact Details as well as answering the Security Questions
Click on this box Click next
Make a note of your User ID
Add your User ID and password
Click Sign In
Click on View your Medical Record
Put your Practice ID, Access ID and Password in
Click Sign In
Click on View Your Medical Record
Add your digits from your 2nd Password
Click Submit
Confirm that you are who you say you are
Here is your GP Electronic Health RecordRemember to log out when you finish
