Vision Identification of patients at risk of heart failure at an asymptomatic early stage enables the opportunity to accompany that person on a heart improvement program where meaningful gains can be made to reduce disease burden on that person and ultimately health system.

Workshop on HealthXL Challenges Diabetes

Vision To create integrated care management solutions for diabetics; bringing together diet, insulin-glucose level information, sleep and exercise data. This integration of data and information allows patients to manage their diabetes and maintain optimum health.

Vision Adoption of technology among seniors is lower than other population sectors – but with a pressing need to deliver better health services at a lower cost, adoption and usage needs to be improved.

Vision Patient engagement in clinical trials is imperative if the trial is to enroll sufficient numbers and to ensure for the lifetime of the trail, the patient is adherent and remains on the trail. From designing trials that align with patient’s needs and expectations, to empowering them to identify trials they are suitable candidates for.
