Hypnose et impulsivité : approche hypno-thérapeutique de l’impulsivité
Plusieurs recherches ont démontré l’efficacité de l’hypnothérapie. Historiquement, les techniques d’hypnose sont étudiées scientifiquement depuis plus de deux cents ans et sont à l’origine de la psychothérapie.
L’imagerie cérébrale fonctionnelle a démontré que les techniques d’hypnose clinique peuvent modifier l’activité physiologique du cerveau. L’intervention structurée en hypnose clinique engendre des conditionnements adaptés
modifiant la structure de certaines régions du cerveau. Elle permet une régulation émotionnelle plus efficace, un meilleur accès aux processus cognitifs de haut niveau (fonction exécutive) telle que la mémoire de travail et la capacité
d’attention.
Nous démontrerons en quoi l’hypnose clinique et son mécanisme d’action physiologique, présentent un intérêt dans le traitement des troubles de la régulation cognitive et émotionnelle impliquant l’impulsivité.
L’état des connaissances scientifiques sur les techniques d’hypnose de même que les données de la littérature concernant leur utilisation dans les différents troubles psychiatriques marqués par l’impulsivité et finalement des données de notre
expérience de l’hypnose clinique chez les jeunes présentant une impulsivité seront rapportés dans cette communication.

La capacité de bien se détendre est une composante essentielle dans l'apprentissage de la régulation des émotions. Applied Psychology, 54, 245–254.Le libellé (script) est étudié et optimisé afin d'augmenter considérablement sa capacité d’adaptation pour faire face aux stresseurs quotidiens et mieux gérer ses réactions émotionnelles. Les stimulus calmant, les sons, le phrasés, contribuent à réorienter la pensée logique extéroceptive et la recentrer vers l'intérieur, vers les valeurs intrinsèques. Une attitude bienveillante de l’émetteur des suggestions. Une diminution du tonus musculaire, favorisée par une position confortable, allongée ou assise, qui réduit au minimum le travail postural. Une détente du diaphragme et les muscles intercostaux. Un environnement calme, où les stimuli sont réduits, les yeux fermés.
