Physiology = Psychology

How we use our physiology affects our psychology.

Change the motion of your body (ie breathing

posture) & you will change your emotion

When you limit motion - you limit emotion

Learning to move more is important to feeling better

Most people don’t move any more - “we live in a

box!”

Something will always pull you down unless you use

your will to stand up and move

Whether it is a problem or an opportunity it comes

down to focus

When you’re in lousy state everything is a problem
