Genetic Tendencies vs. Life Sentences
Sickness is merely a lack of balance (health)
Our state of health is the genetic expression of our lifestyle choices.
What drives you away from health?

We are programmed with the perfect recipe for health; it is our choices and living environment that will determine if the proper ingredients are supplied
STRESS IS THE CAUSE
Stress is the rate of wear and tear on your body.

Your body streamlines itself for what it has to handle on a regular basis. Our bodies are programmed for normal, balanced, healthy function. They do not function outside of balance unless forced to adapt to a physical, chemical, emotional, or a spiritual stressor (toxicities and deficiencies).
WHY ADJUSTMENTS & EXERCISE?

Create belief systems that are congruent with your values, produce desired behaviors, and desired states of mind.You get to choose your beliefs! Your thoughts influence the expression of your genes.During periods of chronic stress it is very difficult to focus on positive thoughts due to stimulation of anxious/stressful thoughts (adapt & unadapt)

It is easy to blame circumstances for your stress. The problem is with that is when you blame things outside yourself for your troubles, you believe nothing can be done to overcome.

You do not manage your stress, you manage your peace. Peace is not something you find, it is something you work for and spend time on.There is always enough time to get important things done. By focusing on these, you are living a mission-centered life and doing mission-ary work.
What we need to spend time on: family, health, relationship with God, are the areas that cause us the most stress when they begin to fail.
PROTECTING YOUR MIND
1. Focus on the right Relationships2. Memorize Scripture3. Personalize Bible passages (insert I, me)4. Affirm God’s goodness (verbalize His promises)5. Visualize God’s blessings6. Quarantine negativity7. Establish a Law of Input

Sugar substitutes, Dairy, processed meats, additivesEat twice as many veggies as fruits
