Previous USG done on 25/5/12 revealed : Bilateral hydronephrosis and hydroureter. USG done on 24/5/13 revealed : Mild dilatation of upper calyces bilaterally. Prominent trabeculations in partially distended bladder.

Plain film Filling phase shows abnormal shape of the urinary bladder with mucosal irregularity with pseudo-diverticula formation.

Straining and micturating phase shows Grade III-IV vesico-ureteric reflux.

Postvoid film shows siginificant postvoid residue and vesico-ureteric reflux.

NAME : Miss Patole Snehal Dattatray AGE : 16 yrs / F

USG done on 26/4/13 revealed :

Medical renal disease (Right kidney). [Right kidney measures 7.3 x 3.3 cms, It appears normal in size, however raised cortical echogenicity with loss of CMD is noted. No HN & HU].

Non-visualization left kidney in the left renal fossa / pelvis ? Hypoplastic / absent.

Significant postvoid residual urine.
