Lauriem Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP)is a privately owned, independent provider ofcommunity health and social care servicesbased in Kent. We offer a diverse range ofservices to enable people to live the life theywant to whilst maintaining theirindependence.

ASSESSMENT AND SUPPORT PLANNING

Prior to or on the first day of your service afull assessment of your needs will be carriedout by one of our supervisors. Thesupervisors are qualified to level 3 NVQ andhave vast experience in carrying outassessments and support planning.

You will be fully involved in the assessment andplanning of your service to ensure that we aremeeting your requirements, all assessments andsupport plans will be reviewed regularly by us and atyour request if required.

Washing, bathing, dressing and undressing

We can assist withwashing, bathing, showering, dressing, undressingand choosing the right clothes.

Care of personal appearance

Washing and grooming your hair, applying makeup, painting nails, shaving, applying cosmeticcreams and jewellery.

Assisting with mobility

All of our staff are trained to use mobilityequipment including: portable or ceiling trackhoists, standing hoists, slings, and varioussmall aids such as: turntables, transferboards, slide sheets, and handling belts. Yourmobility will be continually monitored andreviewed, any change in need will be referedto an occupational therapist, for furtherassessment.
