• It Regulates the Demand and the Response of Sanitary Emergencies
• It Regulates and monitors all mobil ground , aerial, and maritime mobile emergency care resources (First aid, Ambulances and MICU) coordinate , orient them and for the last , the MICU, towards the best for the patient hospital intensive or specialzed care unities.
