2 No. of nurses retired , quitted and discharged shows the same trend for next 2 years

Recruitment happens at the start of the year and nurses retire, quit or discharged at the end of the year
4Changes in hospital structure or policies that can affect the Forecast

Any expansion of the hospital , increase in number of patient, or any change natural calamity that will affect the forecast that we have made.
