Security down!

• No muscles active protecting• No feedback on pain

When the patients human bodies natural defense system is down we need to protect it!

Protecting the head

• Never touch the neck!• Lift and put down with two hands without

touching neck or ears.• Lift with two hand and put down with one

hand (assuming the other hand is busy).The head must not rotate! Nose up all the time!

Protecting shoulder and elbow

• Always support for the elbow.

• On stomach move arm from beside the hip up to the head. Always keep the hand lower than the shoulder.

Protecting knees

• Cross legs following natural pattern

• Feel the differance if you just lift the foot
