know the diet of us whether it is balanced or not.

Well done Boys . compare the dietary

allowances of boys with the recommended ones. I found Group II of boys is partially imbalanced diet and Group III is rich in carbohydrates and fats. You are not taking care of me .

Exercise regularly. Don't smoke Get tested for diabetes and if you have it, keep it under control Know your cholesterol and triglyceride levels present in fat and keep them under control. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables Maintain a healthy weight.

Share our findings with the health club of your school, other students and with the authorities.Conduct an awareness programme in the school assembly.Conduct an Interactive Session with your parents and teachers. Convince canteen personals to sell healthy food during Lunch break instead of

samosas and patties.
