DESCRIPTION

This is my presentation about how I ate my way back to health after being diagnosed with an auto immune disease. I used food as medicine to heal myself and got myself off immuno-suppressants and steroids which I was told by doctors I would need to take for the rest of my life.

Real Food is MedicineI used food as medicine to heal my body and get off drugs…

• Look for real food as close to nature as possible

• The gluten-free market has jumped on the band wagon churning out gluten-free products, often loaded with sugar or additives and unhealthy ingredients to compensate for the lack of gluten

• Don’t pay 10 pounds for a cup and a half of sugar, a truck load of modified starches and refined cheap white rice flour

• You may as well be eating the packaging!
