Program is divided into 2 parts: medical and non-medical. ISIDA clinic provides only medical part.

How it works:

1 step - IVF Medical and psychological check-up of the donor (if needed) and a potential surrogate mother. IVF (possibly with donor egg or sperm) + ICSI + vitrification. There are 2 attempts considered in the program. 2 step – Pregnancy care Once the pregnancy is diagnosed, “ISIDA-IVF” clinic provides all pregnancy care services. 3 step – Delivery care Delivery care Neonatal Care *ISIDA clinic provides all the documents, required for obtaining birth certificate.

Medical part:

1 part – before the program starts: Lucina Intl selecting 2 potential surrogate mothers according to patient`s requirements, so patient could choose one of them. Company organize meetings, provides all the necessary information, performs all the paperwork: getting agreement from the husband of the potential SM, preparing of all the contracts and other necessary documents. 2 part – when treatment starts: Lucina Intl performs all the legal support needed during the whole process. Escorts SM to the doctors visits, controls intake of all required medicines by the SM. Lucina is in 24-hours contact with the SM and assists in all emergency cases. Rents the accommodation for the pregnancy period. Visits of the SM at home. Provides money compensations for the SM monthly during the pregnancy and after the child birth.

“Diagnostics prior to ART for women” Package; In vitro fertilization (IVF) using donor oocytes with medicines for the recipient – 1 attempt; 1 intracytoplasmic sperm injection of oocyte (ICSI); Oocytes/blastocyst/embryo vitrification and preservation for 1 year; Vitrified embryos for transfer; Prenatal care – “My Pregnancy Comfort” Package; Childbirth and postnatal period at the birth of one child, if the prenatal care is provided in ISIDA Clinic (“Standard” ward); Operative delivery; Hospital stay and treatment of the newborn (gestational age of 31-33 weeks) up to the discharge due to medical necessity.
