Family feeding habits study
Saturday
Breakfast
Compositi on:• 1 piece of bread with soya butt er;• Breakfast drink (yogurt);• 1 banana;• Half-fat cow milk.
Notes:• I’ve eaten just the piece of bread with soya butt er;• I was the only person to drink milk that breakfast;• My mother and father have eaten all the compositi on list foods except the milk.
Lunch
Compositi on:• Grilled pork meat;• Lett uce and tomatoe salad;• Roast sweet potatoes;• Water.
Afternoon Tea
Compositi on:• Sandwich with soya butt er, cheese and ham;• Half-fat content Milk;
Notes:• All the products present in this meal were made in Portugal; This fact makes this meal environmentally correct and helps nati onal economy.
Dinner
Compositi on:• School shark (Pt: Cação) broth with bread;• Bott led water;• Red Wine (Father).
Notes:• School shark it ’s now a criti cally endagered species, what makes him very expensive and environmentally incorrect meal. And other species of shark with same taste but less quality called Tintureira replace it.

Compositi on:• Pizza• As drink: iced-tea, coca-cola and beer;
Notes:• The drinks “list” do not represent individual drinks but all family beverages.

Family daily feeding habits conclusions
• My breakfast could be improved;• My family diet is parti cularly rich in carbo-hydrates, and is more or less complete in all other groups;• In last analysis I can conclude that my family’s diet is rich and complete.
• Fruit almost was not present in those three days as result of shortage of fruits to collect in orchard.
