Project CARE 4 Epilepsy (Coordination Access Resources Education 4 Epilepsy) provides Care Coordination, Transition Clinic, Webinars and Facebook for Youth with Epilepsy. PROJECT CARE is designed to improve care coordination, increase social support, provide education and increase engagement for teens with epilepsy and their families.
