Action Plan TemplateA standard template is currently in development.

In the meantime, the screening service provider is responsible for developing an action plan to ensure completion of recommendations contained within this report

Performance Board meetings

Action plan meetings.

SQAS will work with commissioners to monitor activity / progress in response to the recommendations made for a period of 12 months following the issuing of the final report to allow time for at least one response to all recommendations to be made.

SQAS available for providing advice and assisting screening programmes in the development of their action plan

Documentation submitted as outlined in the criteria for closure with references identifying Page and location of criteria

Read recommendation carefully ensuring action resolves the recommendation

Recommendations are not necessarily owned by programme manager and will need to be shared with other disciplines
