go for the smaller sized plates instead of the large sized plates.

You eat more while watching TV, which is why, keeping your TV set off is one of the key things to do.
Tip#5 Keep 2 or just a few Sugary drinks in Fridge
Always keep less stock of drinks in fridge to avoid your craving for the high consumption of the sugary drinks.
Tip#6 Keep Kitchen Organized By keeping the kitchen counters
organized, you would be able to track your food, eventually eat less amount of food.
Tip#7 Place Snacks in a Place of Inconvenience
By keeping the snacks in an inconvenient place
Inconvenience will automatically limit your snack intake
Put cookies on a high shelf is much easier than increasing your resistance
