AN AGRICULTURE BASED ON ORGANIC (LIVING) SOIL• For quite so long, our minds have been engaged into TRIVIALS,

NON-ESSENTIALS, AND DIVERSIONS, be they political, economic and religious or personal discussions which know no end and know no conclusion, forever going circle, because there is no real Authority to act as Arbiter or the Final Say, because even the Bible and the Constitution or the Koran has degenerated and unable to unite all thoughts and produce agreement.... so, as I've said, our minds have been diverted to things and issues and interests which have no real lasting benefits but only led to eternal quarrels and debates and division, and to our impoverishment and further sufferings…because quarrels rob us of the time to do productive actions…

• and to worsen the situation, they (the Powers That Be) have added entertainments, games and gambling and sports and vices to completely (mis-)led us away from what matters, one of them is: AGRICULTURE BASED ON ORGANIC SOIL.

LIVING ORGANIC SOIL IS THE FIRST PRIORITY

• ORGANIC & LIVING SOIL IS VERY IMPORTANT. This should be one of our first priority -- our focus. Games, gambling, vices, entertainments become harmful and dangerous if we treat them as first priority; they ought to be SECONDARY.

Philippine Land = 47% Titled & Distributed + 53% Undistributed

Maximum Land Size A Filipino Can Own: 23 hectares Titled + 24 hectares Free = 47 hectares

• Half, 53 per cent to be more exact, is Philippine land not yet distributed. That is more than 15 million hectares.

• We have a good law, Commonwealth Act 141 (Public Land Act or Homestead Law) which states: Every landless citizen, the head of the family in particular (or his widow, as amended during the stint of Sen. Legarda) who owns less than 23 hectares acquired by purchase or inheritance and is titled, can still avail the FREE LAND FROM THE GOVERNMENT, out of the still undistributed half or 53% of the total land area of the country. This is more than 15 million hectares.

• Under CA 141, if you own 24 hectares titled land, you are no longer classified as “landless,” thus, disqualified to avail the 24-hectare FREE LAND.

• Only those who own 23 hectares titled land or less than that are classified as “landless” to avail the free land up to 24 hectares.
