In our Yoga sessions, we teach various Yoga postures, Breathing techniques (Pranayama), Relaxation & Meditation

techniques. Our Yoga sessions improve focus and concentration among employees that leads their ability to stay calm

under stressful situations and take correct decisions.

We make practitioners learn about meanings, sequence, benefits, Do’s and don’ts of various Yoga Postures,

Breathing techniques etc.

Make practitioners learn about Back Pain, Diabetes, Stress, Obesity specific postures.

We enhance accuracy & fine tune of yoga postures practiced by practitioners.

Correct breathing technique is the key of good health, we make practitioners learn about synchronization of

breathing while practicing yoga postures

In the first few sessions of a new yoga practice, some general questions usually come up. Aside from teaching the

class, our teacher will be available to answer these questions as clearly as possible.

Yoga session conducted by our teacher is a balanced combination of Yoga Postures (Asanas), Breathing

(Pranayama), Meditation and Relaxation Techniques.

Interim formal or informal feedback will be taken from the practitioners to evaluate intensity, pace, effectiveness,

and overall approach of the program.

Structured feedback will be conducted at the end of the month/program to evaluate overall effectiveness of the

program

How long one should conduct Corporate Yoga Session

Yoga classes under the supervision of professional & qualified yoga instructor provide the structure and support that a new

student needs in order to learn alignment and sequence. Beginners should develop a regular practice in order to get their

body used to moving in a new way.

In order for this to happen, it’s helpful to practice at least 3 times per week for 3 months under the supervision of

professional & qualified Yoga Instructor. By at least doing that, one would be able to feel tangible benefits of Yoga.
