What happen during 'Demonetization’?
•November, 8th, 2016, the Indian government decided to demonetize the 500 - and 1000 - rupee notes, the two biggest denomination notes. •These notes accounted for 86% of the country’s cash supply.
Other countries who took to demonetization were
•In 2015- Zimbabwean government•2002 - European Monetary Union adopted the euro in 2002.•The Coinage Act of 1873 demonetized silver. The withdrawal of silver from the economy resulted in 5-year economic depression

Demonetization is the act of stripping a currency unit of its status as legal tender. Demonetization is necessary whenever there is a change of national currency. The old unit of currency must be retired and replaced with a new currency unit.
DEFINITION of 'Demonetization'

Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances.
What is Stress?Stress is our body's way to respond to any kind of demand, caused by both good and bad experiences. While experiencing stress our body releases sugar into our blood, which give us energy and strength, to fight or flight,if this extra energy is not disposed off by Fight or Flight, then this extra energy can cause health issues.
