Title
Short and sweet, not exceeding 350 words. Structured into Background, introduction, casepresentation, brief details of patients and briefconclusion.
Serves as the sales pitch for the rest of themanuscript. Presents a clear, concise and precisemessage ofthe case, including the disorder,progression and explanation. Remember, the caseshould involve a new or unusual or previouslyunknown health issues.
Presents all relevant details including demographicinformation, medical history of the patient, symptomsand signs, any tests that were carried out. Presents ina chronological order, starting with the primarycompliant followed by physical examination, alongwith pertinent investigation. Structured properly as perthe guidelines of the journal.
