A few steps to achieve a healthier workplace

Take care of your eyes:

● Your eyes should be aligned to the top edge of the screen. Not too low,

not too high.

Find the correct distance from the screen:

● Sit back and stretch your hands forward.

● If you’re at a correct distance from the screen, the tips of your fingers

should just touch the screen.

Maintain correct posture:

● Make sure you sit up straight and don’t lean forward.

● Your hands should be perfectly horizontal and parallel to the floor.

Get an Ergonomic chair:

● An ergonomic chair will provide appropriate support to your lower back and

lumbar regions.

Correct your chair, desk and screen height:

● Arrange the height of your chair, desk and screen so that your hands are

rested and parallel to the floor, your legs are rested flat on the ground, and

your eyes are on the level with the top of the screen.

Rest your feet flat:

● Your thighs should be parallel to the floor.

● Your feet should be rested full and flat.
