How to Lose Weight with Vitamins
If you thought the only way to lose the fat in your body is by diet, weight loss pills or working-
out, you are wrong, because you can now lose weight with vitamins.
1. Take choline to metabolize fat: this is very important, as low levels of choline blocks the
fat in the liver. Increase the use of egg yolk, peanuts
2. Add iodine: this stimulates the thyroid and promotes a healthy and faster metabolism.

3. Include inositol in your diet: this works like choline in metabolizing the fat. Good
sources include: nuts, eggs and soy
4. Add chromium: according to a study, adding chromium to your diet processes the
carbohydrates and therefore reduces the hunger pangs.
5. Include B3, B5,B6 and B2 and B7:These vitamins keep your metabolism running. Try to
add oats, wheat bran and eggs to your diet.
6. Increase the use of vitamin C: vitamin C helps to convert the glucose into energy,
thereby stopping it from being stored in the body. Good sources are oranges, broccoli,
and black currants.
7. Try and use Coq10:Coenzyme Q10 is essential for the proper functioning of enzymes in
the mitochondria which directly affect the mitochondria's ability to produce ATP.
