A real health is what a very few people can afford or are lucky to have been blessed with, many people have a curiosity that “How to be Healthy” and look smart. We humans tend to have such overwhelming tendency to take for granted everything that comes for free. Look at what we have done to our earth, our climate, our freedom and everything the human race was bestowed with and not to forget; our health is one of them. It is not always about all those expensive healthcare products that we read about in magazines and consider them the only way to get fit. In fact, such products are just another complication to add to our already complicated lives intervened with work, office, family, education and what not. Health is all about keeping life simple i.e. a healthier lifestyle to be precise. Eat healthy, drink healthy and at the top of all, keep a healthier and optimistic attitude towards life. Many of us are accustomed to unhealthy eating habits because of course it sounds much more easy to grab a pack of biscuits or granola bar before heading out instead of making a wholesome breakfast, isn’t it? How many of us actually look at the contents and the nutrition value of an item before eating or feeding to our children? I am sure a very few, with such busy 21st-century lives, it sounds almost impossible to be busy and carve a healthy lifestyle at the same time. But do not be surprised if you hear that it is indeed possible to be healthy. All you need to do is to find a little motivation, do some search on how to be healthy and take the first step. take full meals at the right time. There are hundreds of easy, nutritious and quick recipes available on the internet to help you keep pace with both work and health.

Do not eat your meals like you’re running a marathon. Chew properly while eating and focus on the food. Fast eating not only deteriorates the digestion process but also leads to eating more without realizing. To be healthy, you need not to give in to your appetite. What not many people realize is that there is a clear difference between eating more and eat healthy.

The work and workout

Most days you just can’t find the motivation to wake up earlier and go for a morning jog, or hit the gym after work. But that does not mean there is no hope for exercise.  You can do some exercises while being at work. Twist your upper body while sitting on your chair, stretch your arms in front and back directions, stretch your legs and rotate your ankles. Although this type of exercise can not compensate for real workout, but something is better than nothing, right?

When you have time, always take the stairs and get rid of your habit of jumping in the elevator all the time. Take a walk whenever possible. Do not burn your automobile fuel for the smallest of chores. A little walk to the store never hurts anybody.

“Mind” your own business

The inner peace is always the hardest but the most crucial part of staying healthy and fit. Only a healthy mind can operate a healthy body. Take out time, even five minutes every day to just sit in silence and breathe. Avoid holding grudges because grudges do not hurt anyone except for the one holding them. Give your mind and soul enough space to breathe. The minute you let of the negative thoughts, the very moment your body starts its journey to be healthy and get fit in the most realistic way possible.

Although in Bible, the instructions refer to a time of the Moses, but latest research has proved the accuracy of such instructions. The divine books such as Bible and Quran not only provide guidance for the ways of prevention, but also present direction about remedial measures.

When it comes to diet, Bible provides plenty evidence that there were unclean and clean animals from the start of the creation of this earth. The Bible prohibits eating “swine’s flesh”, “mouse” or other unclean things with the strictest instructions. When it comes to the drinking habits, Bible states “"Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise." These teachings persist even in Quran. The use of tobacco has also been strongly condemned as “unclean thing” and a waste of money.

The increasing obesity in children and adults alike is not only because of the junk food, but excessive and wrong eating habits.  A golden rule as stated in Bible “"Put a knife to thy throat, if thou be a man given to appetite."

These all above are most realistic ways to be healthy or get fit, and easily manage in our daily routine.
