Nurses do more than provide hands-on health Care. They also give patients and their families compassionate support at a time they need it the most. The hard work put in by them often take a toll on their health.

They often forget to take care of themselves as they provide their undivided attention to patients. On the 9th, May, in order to celebrate the International Nurses Day, India Home Health Care conducted a day long interactive workshop for Nurses educating them on Women’s Health, Physiotherapy, Fatigue, Sleep disturbances and Musculoskeletal issues.

This workshop took place in Mehta Hospital and was lead by Dr.Uma Venketesan, physiotherapist and head in India Home Health Care.
