What is sunstroke?
Sunstroke is a very serious condition caused by your body temperature rising above 40 degrees Celsius.
How can it be avoided?
Let me see… Oh, I know! You have small children. Make sure they are always supervised near water. Even the most shallow water.
That’s why it’s so important that we always supervise our children near water. I have to go now, but I will tell you more at dinner tonight
Got it. What other tips do you have for me?
Johanna I heard this before. I heard a child could drown in just 2 feet of water!
Sounds good. See you tonight!
We can avoid it by not doing strenuous activities on hot days.
