In many ways, 2016 was indeed an year that belongs to ‘Digital Transformation’. Overall digital adoption went up, as more and more people joined the social media bandwagon, courtesy massive growth in the mobile ecosystem across India & sub-continent.
With increased focus by CMOs towards customer first approach, role of tech in marketing became even more stronger as the UI & UX took the front seat in every digital strategy.
Whether it is running campaigns in social media, SEM & SEO , Email or Affiliate Marketing, creating a DATA FIRST APPROACH is no longer optional for brands.
