SMS marketing is relatively new concept in the world of digital marketing however each method can be applied to different situations. Effectiveness of SMS over email marketing can be measured on the basis of mail and SMS read. As per the records the percentage of email that gets opened is merely 22% whereas the percentage of text messages that is opened and read is 98%.
