Below are the questions I have used to make the analysis: (These questions were asked to the people who had at least some what interest in football)

I have asked these questions to up to 15 people and got these results. (Results are shown in percentage form)

• 90% answered Male 10% answered Female

By these results we can conclude that not a lot of females are interested in footballMagazines or in general ‘Football’ by it self.So mostly our audience would consist of ‘Male’ gender.

• 2.   How old are you?   .........................

• 36% 17 years old 45% 18 years old 18% 19 years old

By these results we can figure out the ageGroup of our main target audience.That will be 17 – and above.

• 3.   How often do you buy a football magazine? Weekly  [    ]   Fortnightly   [    ]   Monthly   [    ]

 Never   [    ]

- 36% answered weekly. 18% answered monthly. 46% answered never.

By these results we can have a bit of understanding about what service the audience mostly prefer. And in this case looking at the results we can see that people who actually buy Football magazines like the ‘Weekly’ service mostly.So by knowing this we can work to provide the customer a better ‘Weekly’ service.

• 4.   What type of articles do you like to read the most?

- 45% chose features only.- 45% chose interviews only.- 10 % chose both features and match reports.

By these results we should we can get to know thatThe audience wants more articles that includes ‘FeaturesAnd interviews’.The audience also wants match reportsBut not whole lot of it.So the makers of this magazine should work hard to provideThe audience with the content that they want.

- 27% answered Rs/-150.- 18% answered Rs/-200.- 27% answered Rs/-300.- 18% answered Rs/-400.- 9% answered Rs/-500 or more.

By looking at these answers our magazine should have a priceTag from 150 to 400 Rs and shouldn’t exceed this limit.

• 6. Do you have an interest in football outside of the Premier

- 100% answered yes.

By looking at this result we now know that we shouldn’t Post content just related to the Premier league in ourFootball magazine.

- 9% answered La liga league only.- 72% answered both Champions league and La liga

league.- 9% answered Bundesliga league,Champions

league and La liga league.

By looking at these answers we understand that our magazine should definitely include articlesand content related to the ‘Champions league’ and the‘La Liga league’.And also a satisfactory amount of content related to the‘Bundesliga’ league.

- 9% answered Arsenal.- 27% answered Real Madrid.- 63% answered Barcelona.

By looking at these answers we should know that mostOf the audience of our magazine wants to see articlesAnd content related to both ‘Barcelona’ and ‘Real Madrid’ and a significant amount of contentrelated to ‘Arsenal’ also..

•  9.    Do you buy any non-football related

- 54% answered ‘No’- 46% answered ‘Yes’

By looking at these results we can see that the Majority of the people who buy football magazines are not interested in any other type of magazine.But there are also a lot of people who buy other Magazines also.

- 16% wrote ‘Music’- 33% wrote ‘Science’ related magazines.- 50% wrote both ‘Science’ and ‘Fashion’

related.

From this result we can have a general idea about what Type of advertisement we should do in our magazine.i.e stuff related to ‘Music’,‘Science’ and/or ‘Fashion’
