III. Conclusions
1. Els models de recerca i innovació digitals tenen característiques pròpies i diferencials del models clàssics de Ciència i Tecnologia, com ho veiem en el cas d’ Internet.
2. Catalunya necessita i pot construir un model d’aquestes característiques, per afrontar els grans reptes de país als que ens enfrontem.
3. L'estratègia SmartCAT necessita d’una xarxa de centres de recerca digitals dirigits a objectius estratègics de país, una xarxa d'excel·lència internacional i oberta a la vegada als emprenedors i la ciutadania en general.
En resum, un col·laboratori.
